ConCap® clients like to go against the flow. They’re not afraid to try new things while also being smart with their resources. Our ideal client is an idealist and a pragmatist who dreams big while understanding which dreams are realistically achievable.

Wealth is a Mindset

The difference between those with wealth and those without, cannot be reduced to just greenbacks. When it comes to continuously saving and investing a large portion of your income, mindset is key. If you’re going to stick to our process long-term, your heart must be in it.

Emotional Maturity

Our clients have the emotional maturity Emotional Intelligence (EQ or EI) is the ability to identify and understand your and other people's emotions. Emotional Maturity is the ability to apply your EI knowledge appropriately based on the situation and people involved. to admit they don’t know everything. We work with people who are excited to learn, love asking questions, and have the courage to transform their financial future.

Open Mind

In order to succeed with ConCap®, our clients need to have and maintain an open mind about our untraditional methods. Once achieved, maintaining financial freedom is a life-long process that requires some effort, but it is worth it.

Timeliness

Communication is key. As our team will be prompt in responding to calls and emails, we also appreciate the same consideration from our clients. Our relationship is a two-way street, after all. Our general expectation is a response time of one business day.

Discipline

Our clients need to come to us with the discipline in place to say no to a lot of extra spending and luxuries they may be used to. Retiring before the age of 40 isn’t easy, otherwise, everyone would be doing it.

Long-Term Vision

Our ideal client is willing to set long-term goals and patient enough to stick to them. They have a clear vision for when they achieve financial independence and the maturity to stay on track year after year.
